It's definitely set up to entertain, for adults or kids. It's close to everything, conveniently located less than a mile from the center of town. Even the floor plan was unique. A very cool spot.

We had an amazing time, Beautiful home and very fun!!Would definitely be coming back! We enjoyed everything the hot tub, pickle ball, making smores. Very peaceful neighborhood and close to our favorite coffee place Starbucks, and restaurant chilis.

We had a great time at Johany’s place! The court was perfect for both basketball & pickleball were super fun and well kept. The hot tub was a nice touch after a day of playing and relaxing. The home had a fun, unique vibe, super cool & was perfect for our group. Would love to go back. Johany was responsive & helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend for families or groups looking for a fun getaway!

A Perfect Family Getaway!
Our stay at Casa Moderna was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Johany was an incredible host—responsive, welcoming, and clearly thoughtful about every detail.
We brought our 3-year-old and 10-year-old daughters, and they loved it here. The games kept them entertained for hours, and the whole family enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. The little touches like wireless chargers in the bedrooms and other thoughtful amenities really set this place apart.
The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable. It’s the perfect mix of style and family-friendly comfort. We would absolutely stay again—thank you, Johany, for making our trip so memorable!

Great location that was very easy to find. Exactly as description says. Beautiful new home with comfortable beds, amazing master shower, lots to do (board games. Pool table, video games, ect), hot tub and more. My family of 5 felt right at home and enjoyed our 3 night stay. Host was great as well. Will stay again when we return to Marble Falls.
